Frequently Asked Questions
Which cases are suitable?
Suitable cases include most primary and retreatment RCTs, instrument retrievals, selected surgical cases, pediatric endodontics, and complex restorative buildups.
What if a case is unsuitable on the day?
We will stage or defer the treatment. Please note that no $500 facility payment is provided unless treatment is initiated.
Do we need a microscope?
No. I bring an operating microscope or high-powered loupes and the full endodontic armamentarium required for the procedure.
How do we prepare patients?
Ensure recent periapicals or CBCT scans are available, review medical history, and provide pre-op analgesics or antibiotics only if clinically indicated.
Can you restore the tooth the same day?
When feasible, I complete the definitive restoration or place a core and provide a crown plan for the referring dentist to complete at a later stage.
Do you handle emergencies?
Yes—provided the patient is happy to pre-pay on the day of the appointment.
